Job description

Lallemand is a privately held global company headquartered in Canada, that specializes in the development, production, and marketing of microorganisms (yeasts, bacteria, fungi) and their derivatives. Lallemand provides microbiological solutions for dozens of different industries, from human and animal health and nutrition to baking, oenology, brewing, food ingredients, probiotics, and biofuel.

Lallemand is seeking a Full Time Blending Room Operator to join their team in Trenton

Job Duties:
  • Operate blending equipment to mix dry ingredients according to specified recipes
  • Monitor blending processes, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to safety protocols
  • Perform routine maintenance and sanitation on blending machinery and work area
  • Maintain accurate records of production and sanitation
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in blending, food processing an asset but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of safe working standards
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs bags and boxes continuously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to follow detailed instructions and work independently
  • Must be a team play with a respectful disposition
  • Positive attitude and a good work ethic are required
Additional Information:
  • Wages $20.56/hour with increase to $22.84 after 1 year
  • Hours: Monday to Friday Days
  • 10 days paid vacation after 1 year
