Job summary

Bold AI is seeking a 3D Render Artist for the Flywheel team to build and render 3D work with AI integrated into the pipeline, finishing in Blender. You will move quickly from concept to on-brand, photoreal or stylized execution for enterprise accounts, ensuring brand alignment and scalable production.

You will work across product, brand, and campaign assets, applying deep Blender skills, extensive texturing, and AI-enabled 3D tools to deliver high-volume, high-quality renders while feeding

Qualifications

• Portfolio of 3D render and motion work across product, brand, and campaign.
• Deep Blender skills: modeling, shading, lighting, and rendering (Cycles and EEVEE).
• Hands-on with AI 3D and image tools across text-to-3D, image, video, and upscaling; you adopt new models fast.
• Strong texturing/look-dev sense (Substance a plus).
• A finishing eye that tells a good generation or raw render from a finished frame.
• Comfort with high throughput; you produce volume without dropping quality.
• Brand discipline to carry a client's visual identity across large execution counts.
• 4+ years of 3D and render experience in agency, studio, or in-house settings.

Responsibilities

• Model, texture, light, and render 3D assets for product, social, campaign, and motion.
• Use AI 3D and image tools to generate base meshes, concepts, textures, and references at high throughput inside Flywheel.
• Take generated and rendered output the last mile in Blender and Adobe: shading, lighting, compositing, and finishing to brand standard.
• Build and maintain asset libraries, material and shader presets, render templates, and prompt references that raise first-pass yield.
• Hold the line on brand across hundreds of executions for accounts like Nature Fresh Farms and Samsung.
• Keep work on-brand and platform-native, never generic AI output.
• Partner with the Creative Director and brand and production leads inside production pods.
• Feed learnings back into Flywheel so each cycle starts sharper and the system gets smarter.
