Job Duties

1. Under general supervision, oversee the blending and manufacturing of finished products, including quality testing, proper documentation, packaging (tank/tote/drum/pail), stocking finished products, and maintaining environmental and health safety awareness.
2. Ensure all HMS processes are followed.
3. Coordinate shipping and receiving of finished products and raw materials, maintain quality control, documentation, understand D.O.T. regulations, and prepare proper paperwork for shipments.
4. Train new plant operators on responsibilities, procedures, and safety.
5. Provide supervision and direction to other plant operators and lead scheduling activities.
6. Act as a communication link between plant operators and management, monitor inventory control, and report issues to management.
7. Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours deliveries, with additional compensation.
8. Manage multiple tasks, coordinate logistics and deliveries, and oversee material blending.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5-6 years of experience and forklift certification required.
• Experience impacts cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations.
• Previous warehousing experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
• Ability to travel and work offsite up to 3 days as needed.
• Position located in Onoway, AB.
