Position Overview

Blair Health is seeking a Family Physician licensed in British Columbia to join our team as Provincial Lead. This dual-role position combines direct virtual care with clinical oversight responsibilities in the province of British Columbia.

The Provincial Lead will:

  • Deliver high-quality virtual care to patients in BC, with an initial focus on menopause care.
  • Provide provincial clinical and regulatory oversight to support quality, compliance, and mentorship for providers practicing under Blair Health in BC.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesVirtual Care (Clinical Component)
    • Conduct virtual menopause assessments, counselling, and treatment planning
    • Prescribe evidence-based therapies, including hormonal and non-hormonal options. This is made simple through Blair’s AI-enhanced EMR.
    • Support patients with ongoing care through secure virtual platforms
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Blair Health’s EMR system
    Provincial Oversight (Leadership Component)
    • Ensure clinical care in BC complies with CPSBC, MSP, and PIPA standards
    • Serve as the provincial medical lead for regulatory and clinical questions
    • Contribute to the development and oversight of clinical pathways, documentation protocols, and quality assurance processes in BC
    • Collaborate with Blair Health’s Chief Medical Officer and clinical leadership to support province-wide alignment and excellence
    Qualifications
    • MD with CFPC certification (Family Medicine)
    • Active and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
    • Eligible to practice and bill under MSP
    • Experience in menopause care or women’s midlife health preferred
    • Comfortable working in a digital-first, virtual care environment
    • Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship skills
