About The Role

The Black Belt will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role involves acting as a change agent, coach, and mentor across departments to implement process improvements that benefit the company’s bottom line.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure performance improvement targets are met as a senior leader
  • Manage multiple projects from scope to benefits realization
  • Lead data collection, analysis, solution development, and deployment
  • Review project dashboards with executive teams
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops across all levels
  • Recommend efficiency improvements considering stakeholder requirements
  • Standardize continuous improvement practices across the organization
  • Manage change and communicate effectively about process changes
  • Establish KPIs and measure the impact of improvements
  • Develop documentation for stakeholders and leadership
  • Use Six Sigma tools for data analysis and decision-making
  • Coach employees on project execution and CI tools
  • Build trust and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Prioritize team work to deliver results
  • Research industry trends to innovate processes
  • Demonstrate leadership and team management skills
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical field
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is an asset
  • At least five years of project management experience
  • Strong process improvement and project management knowledge
  • Experience with change management models (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Critical thinking and strategic planning abilities
  • Technical skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Willingness to embrace challenges and learn continuously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Advanced computer and statistical analysis skills
