Job summary

Nature's Fare Markets in West Kelowna is seeking a friendly Bistro Team Member who loves great food and helping customers. You’ll assist guests, prepare menu items including smoothies and wraps, and keep displays attractive and clean.

This role offers up to 24 hours per week with flexible weekday and weekend shifts from 5:00am to 6:30pm. No matter your branch, you’ll learn across departments and join a team dedicated to healthy, sustainable choices.

Qualifications

• Experience in a vibrant customer service environment.
• Passionate about food and sharing favourite items.
• Flexible and collaborative to support workflow.
• Confident and friendly in talking to people.
• Open to learning new things.
• Like to have fun!
• Food Safe I Certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and build connections.
• Assist customers with orders and dietary needs.
• Prepare, make and serve menu items, including smoothies and juices.
• Make food displays attractive and inviting.
• Keep kitchen area clean and organized; teamwork is essential.
• Support others, share knowledge, be safe, be a great team player.
