Job description

The successful candidates can expect to work up to 31 hours per week and will be scheduled a combination of weekday / weekend / AM / PM shifts. Flexibility to work 6:00am shifts as well as evenings is key. This position could suit someone who is an early riser and prefers afternoons and evenings off!

Regular Store Hours

Mon – Sat 8:00am – 8:00pm

Sun 9:00am – 7:00pm

BISTRO TEAM MEMBER

In our Bistro, we are passionate about creating delicious food made with carefully chosen organic, local, sustainable ingredients: fresh produce, ethically raised and grass-fed meat and dairy, and products without additives or preservatives. Our customers love our fresh juices and smoothies, gourmet sandwiches and wraps, salads, hearty soups, entrées, and baked goods. We also offer tasty options for various dietary preferences including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and paleo diets.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Greet customers warmly and help build connections, sharing a laugh along the way.
• Assist customers with their orders, answer questions about menu items, and offer suggestions based on dietary needs (training provided).
• Prepare, make, and serve menu items, including specialty smoothies and juices.
• Create attractive and inviting food displays with attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness by using the ‘clean as you go’ method to keep the kitchen organized. Teamwork makes the dream work!
• Help others, share product knowledge, prioritize safety, be a team player, and have fun!
