Position: Wildlife Technician
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Bird and Wildlife Technician will be responsible for managing an assigned territory each month. Responsibilities include providing inspections and treatments for various clients, including restaurants, food plants, warehousing, offices, and residential homes. Duties include installing Bird Barrier bird deterrent products (netting/gridwire), removing small animals such as squirrels, raccoons, and possums, identifying bird control issues, and selling services to potential clients. The role also involves installing one-way doors and permanent exclusion techniques, as well as building new business through sales. High commissions are paid on new business, with additional monthly bonuses for service work completed.
Based out of the Ottawa Branch, the Wildlife Technician is provided a company truck, salary, commission, and excellent career prospects.
