Resilience Biotechnologies Inc. seeks a Specialist, Manufacturing to perform upstream and downstream manufacturing in a cGMP environment. You will operate bioprocessing equipment, execute CIP/SIP, maintain precise documentation, and support continuous improvement and safety across production.

Required are a Bachelor’s or Technical Diploma in a related field and 2+ years in biopharma, with hands-on experience in AKTA systems, UF/DF/TFF, and nanofiltration. Some shifts expected.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of cGMP documentation and regulated manufacturing procedures.
• Experience operating bioprocessing equipment and executing SOPs/WINs.
• Exposure to bioprocessing techniques through coursework, co-op, or internship.

Responsabilités

• Operates manufacturing equipment and processes in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Performs batch activities with high precision and maintains rigorous documentation.
• Contributes to site-wide continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
