Job summary

Resilience Biotechnologies Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Manufacturing to perform upstream and downstream manufacturing in a cGMP biopharmaceutical setting. You will operate bioprocessing equipment, maintain rigorous documentation, and support site-wide continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

The role requires adherence to SOPs/WINs, quality standards, and the ability to work in a high-precision environment with rotating shifts and heavy PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of cGMP documentation and data integrity principles.
• Ability to operate bioprocessing equipment and follow approved SOPs/WINs.

Responsibilities

• Operate bioprocessing equipment in upstream/downstream steps (bioreactors, centrifuge, BSC).
• Perform CIP/SIP on skids and vessels, in-process sampling, and basic analyses.
• Maintain and document records per SOPs/WINs and cGMPs.
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
