Job summary

Aspect Biosystems is seeking an Associate, Process Development (Bioprinting CMC) to join our high-performing team focused on the manufacturing and process development of bioprinted tissue therapeutics (BTT).

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will support our therapeutic programs by assisting in the production of various BTTs, directly contributing to our groundbreaking programs and our mission to develop bioprinted tissue therapeutics to transform the lives of people with serious diseases.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with relevant experience in bioprocess or biomanufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with GMP and GDP in regulated settings is preferred.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing of bioprinted tissue therapeutics (BTTs) in GMP and R&D settings.
• Prepare materials and reagents per GDP standards.
• Assist in process optimization and scale-up for IND-enabling work.
• Maintain bioprinting equipment and ensure production consistency.
• Develop and test bioprinting processes to meet project goals.
• Follow SOPs and ensure regulatory compliance in process development.
