Job summary

Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert is seeking a Biomedical Engineering Technologist to supervise and administer the Clinical Engineering services at the facility.

The role requires a Biomedical Engineering Technology diploma, four years of acute care experience, and a valid Class 5 driver’s license. Travel is required, with a unionized environment (CUPE). This is a full-time regular position (FTE 1) with a pay band of 19.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years experience as a Biomedical Engineering Technologist in acute care.
• Biomedical Engineering Technology diploma (BMET).
• Valid Class 5 driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the supervision and administration of the Clinical Engineering services.
• Work with clinical staff to support safe equipment maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership and ensure efficient operations across shifts and rotations.
