Our mission is to deliver the best treatment for atrial fibrillation. We have created The Globe Pulsed Field System, a product with unique, customer-valued differentiators. We have established connections with key opinion leaders who are already using our system and sharing our story.

Having completed our pivotal clinical study, we are now focusing on regulatory approvals and launching our product. This is a significant milestone in our journey to bring this innovative technology to patients.

As a Team Lead on the Cardiac Mapping team, you will:

  • Lead the development of algorithms for processing electrical, anatomical, and spatial data during cardiac ablation to generate 3D maps used by electrophysiologists.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to biomedical algorithms engineers.
  • Analyze large multivariate electrophysiological and procedural data sets.
  • Design algorithms and perform numerical analysis for contact assessment, electrophysiology, and procedural improvements.
  • Conduct literature reviews and procedural data investigations.
  • Create technical documentation of analyses, experiments, and results.
  • Design bench test experiments.

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in engineering, biophysics, or related quantitative field.
  • At least five years of experience in data analysis and algorithm development.
  • At least two years of leadership and managerial experience.
  • Strong understanding of experimental design principles.
  • Programming skills in MATLAB or Python; experience in software development is a plus.
  • Solid foundation in applied mathematics, including calculus, linear algebra, and statistics.
  • Knowledge of advanced topics such as 3D tracking, image processing, signal processing, and machine learning.
  • Effective communication skills for technical content.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 CAD annually.
