We are seeking a biologist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications:

• A completed or in-progress Masters/PhD in biology or related fields such as Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Environmental Science (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, inductive/deductive reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.

Job Details:

• This is a remote position, available full-time or part-time.
• You can choose projects and work on your schedule.
• Pay starts at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
• Payment is via PayPal. We will never ask for money from applicants.
