We are seeking a biologist to join our team to train AI models. Responsibilities include measuring AI chatbots' progress, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.

Requirements:

• Expert understanding of biology; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Related fields include Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented and proficient in biology, reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems thinking.

This is a remote, full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling. Compensation starts at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work. Payment is via PayPal, and we will never ask for money.

Responsibilities include providing diverse and complex biology problems to AI chatbots and evaluating their outputs for correctness and performance.
