• Lead the BCCHR Bioinformatics Core, define centralized analysis pipelines and service standards.
• Develop, test, and maintain genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data analyses.
• Coordinate with BCCHR and UBC stakeholders; provide training and support for core users.
