Job summary

A leading renewable energy company in Burlington, Ontario is seeking a Process/Applications Engineer to support the design and development of projects in biogas and organics waste processing. The ideal candidate will prepare proposals, develop engineering documentation, and assist in overseeing equipment fabrication. A degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering is required along with 0-3 years of relevant experience. This role involves occasional travel within Canada and the United States, and offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years experience with biogas or organic waste processing.
• Familiarity with design codes and process equipment operation.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and bids for waste-to-energy systems.
• Develop and complete P&IDs and engineering documents.
• Travel for factory acceptance testing and inspections.
