We pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and excellence in every bite.*Position Overview*We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in food manufacturing to oversee daily operations in our production facility. This role requires expertise in quality assurance (Q/A), health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and the ability to manage both people and processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant production.*Key Responsibilities** Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets, quality standards, and timelines are met.* Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, HSE guidelines, and company SOPs.* Maintain and monitor all production records, including batch sheets, maintenance logs, and quality control documentation.* Manage, train, and develop production staff to maintain a high-performing team.* Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance and technical teams.* Review and interpret equipment manuals, electronic diagrams, and process flow charts to guide operations and resolve technical problems.* Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure products meet required standards before release.* Oversee preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.* Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure raw materials and supplies are available.*Qualifications & Skills** Education: Bachelor?s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).* Experience: Minimum 5 years in a food manufacturing plant, preferably in chocolate, confectionery, or similar processing environments.* Strong understanding of Q/A systems and HSE compliance.* Proficient in record keeping and production documentation.* Technical knowledge of production equipment, maintenance, and electronic diagrams.* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.* Strong communication abilities in both written and verbal form.*Why Join Us** Be part of the leading Dubai Chocolate brand in North America.* Competitive salary and benefits package.* Opportunities for career growth in a fast-expanding company.* A collaborative, innovative, and safety-focused work environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $58,526.00-$74,665.00 per yearBenefits:* Company events* On-site parking* Store discountWork Location: In personExpected start date: 2025-09-01
