Title: Production Manager

Job Details

Elecon Systems is a manufacturer of lighting towers, diesel and natural gas-powered generators, load banks, and other equipment. We have an opening for a dynamic, experienced Production Manager with a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves mentality. The candidate must have experience in the manufacturing industry and will learn all aspects of this business to help run and operate the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and organize production with efficient use of materials and labor; supervise staff.
2. Organize the use of raw materials, ensure stock levels, and maintain equipment safety and functionality.
3. Direct, control, and evaluate daily operations for product flow and quality.
4. Manage staff, develop production schedules, and address labor gaps.
5. Improve and implement manufacturing process changes.
6. Oversee production reporting, product standards, and staff training.
7. Ensure final products meet standards and customer requirements.
8. Maintain safety standards daily.

Qualifications:

• Prior engineering or production supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Multi-tasking and attention to detail.
• 5-10 years of Production Manager experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
