• Job description: The Production Manager will oversee our manufacturing operations and report directly to the CEO. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth production processes, scheduling, maintaining quality standards, optimizing efficiency, and leading the production team.
• Responsibilities include:
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations of the bakery, including production, inventory, and logistics.
• Coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet demand forecasts and customer orders.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers for raw ingredients and materials; ensure timely delivery and quality control.
• Ensure optimal inventory control, reducing waste and shortages while meeting fulfillment timelines.
• Analyze sales and production data to adjust forecasts and recommend product line expansions or improvements.
• Work closely with production leads to ensure product consistency and adherence to recipes.
• Coordinate deliveries and logistics to ensure on-time shipments.
• Supervise maintenance of equipment and facility cleanliness.
• Manage ERP systems for tracking production, sales, inventory, and orders; train staff on system use.

Requirements: Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within food manufacturing, especially baked goods. Strong leadership, analytical skills, understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, health and safety regulations, proficiency in ERP systems, and excellent communication skills.
