Our client in Richmond, BC is seeking a Bindery Operator to join the production team. The role offers afternoon shifts, full-time permanent employment, and a pay range of $32-36/hr.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining bindery equipment, performing cutting, folding, stitching, and finishing processes, and ensuring quality control to meet production deadlines.

• Operate, set up, and maintain bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Perform cutting, folding, stitching, gluing, die-cutting, embossing, laminating, and heat-stamping.
• Set up and operate finishing machines (e.g., Bobst folder gluer, InkJet labeler) to meet production deadlines.
• Perform hand and machine operations to collate, fold, bind, and finish print materials with precision.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products and maintaining machinery through cleaning and repairs.
