Job Summary

Our office in Toronto, Ontario is looking for a BIM Modeler to assist with designing buildings and providing technical support to our structural projects in areas such as Life Sciences, Tech, Civic, Education, Mixed-use, and Healthcare.

In This Role, You Will

• Elaborate Structural BIM models and comprehensive drawing sets, plans, and details with Engineers
• Collaborate with other disciplines, within BIM scope
• Participate on BIM Kick-off meetings
• Understaning of BIM Execution Plan and collaboration procedures
• Develop and coordinate high-quality construction documents with attention to detail and accuracy
• Act as a BIM Lead on projects, managing digital deliverables and maintaining quality standards

You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have

To succeed in this role, you need to meet the following basic requirements :

• Technical college diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction that has equipped you with foundational knowledge of building systems
• 2-5 years of structural drafting experience with minimum 2 year of Revit expertise
• Experience modeling diverse structural systems (steel, concrete, wood, and masonry) for building projects
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills that ensure precision in your work
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Strong communication skills that allow you to collaborate effectively with diverse team members
• Adaptability to thrive in our fast-paced, dynamic environment
• AutoCAD proficiency is valued as an additional asset
• Ability to work overtime when required
