The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or Lead Drafter, with strong skills in Revit and BIM360. Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as BIM Coordinator or Lead Drafter.
• Experience in production and interpretation of structural drawings.
• Experience in Coordination for fabrication of Mass Timber projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical submittals including BIM models and design submittals.
• Develop a team of Specialist Mass Timber Drafters focused on a DfMA design approach.
• Lead communication with Fabrication Designers for project delivery.
