Job summary

Cumulus Architects Inc. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to influence a diverse range of projects across Canada. You will develop and enforce BIM standards, produce BIM models, and support project teams throughout the design & documentation process.

The role requires 2–5 years of professional experience with Revit and AutoCAD, plus familiarity with 3D tools like Rhino/SketchUp and dRofus. A collaborative, innovative studio environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Professional Revit experience in architectural contract documentation, BIM production, and BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce firm‑wide BIM standards.
• Create Revit Families and Details.
• BIM model production and development.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for model issues.
• Create Best Practices documents and guidelines.
• Collaborate with project teams on large, complex projects.
• Complete and review model health checks.
• Run clash detection and generate clash reports.
• Update dRofus for select healthcare projects.
• Attend Digital Practice Bi‑Weekly meetings.
• Assist with rollout of emerging digital tools.

In this role, you will be involved with:

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• · Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience
• · Architect or Architectural Technologist with professional Revit experience
• · Professional experience in architectural contract documentation, BIM production, and BIM coordination
• · Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD
• · Familiarity with 3D modelling software Rhino and Sketchup
• · Experience with dRofus is an asset
• · Familiarity with sustainability, software and plug‑ins an asset

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
