Job summary

WW+P Architects + Planners Inc. is seeking a proactive BIM Coordinator in Toronto to lead BIM implementation across multiple projects. You will manage BIM documentation, enforce standards, and support project teams with Revit and collaboration workflows.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in BIM coordination, strong Revit skills, and knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, with a focus on delivering precise, coordinated models for complex residential and institutional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of BIM coordination experience in A/E/C firms.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM standards, ASC, and ISO19650 knowledge.

Position Summary

WW+P Architects + Planners Inc. is looking for a motivated, proactive and highly collaborative BIM Coordinator to join our team. BIMCoordinators at WW+P are an integral part of our project delivery team, responsible for managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and supporting multiple projects. The successful candidate will assist in developing and enforcingBIMstandards within the company, educating staff on best practices in Revit, providing general and direct project and software support, and supporting the use of Autodesk Construction Cloud to streamline project coordination and execution.

Role and Responsibilities

• ManageBIMdocumentation and project workflow for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement ofBIMstandards across the organization, and project-specificBIMExecution Plans.
• Provide technical support and training to staff in Revit, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud to assist project setup, collaboration, coordination, and communication among project teams.
• Ensure thatBIMmodels are accurate and comply with industry and company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensureBIMdeliverables align with project requirements.
• Stay abreast of the latestBIMtechnologies and practices to continuously improve theBIMprocess at WW+P.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in aBIMcoordination role within an architectural, engineering, or construction firm.
• Experience with multi-unit residential, transit and institutional projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding ofBIMprocesses and standards.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and familiarity with its application in project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and support staff inBIMpractices.
• A proactive problem-solver with a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with the following is an asset:
  • Strong working knowledge of Python, Dynamo and other Automation tools.
  • A comprehensive understanding of and experience with ISO19650 standards.
  • Clash detection with Navisworks.
  • Experience with aviation projects.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000 commensurate based on experience and level.
