The Opportunity

You will join our Finance team as a Billing Technician, supporting vital business functions that keep our organization strong. Your role involves providing the knowledge, resources, and tools necessary for EY to deliver exceptional service to clients, succeed in the marketplace, and support growth and profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure invoices are produced accurately and timely, collaborating with various groups including Administrative Services, Financial Management Associates, and Client Serving Executives.
  • Draft, maintain, and finalize billing information from internal customers.
  • Attend scheduled weekly meetings.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Work extra hours during critical billing periods such as month, quarter, and year-end.

  • Proficiency in English and preferably French (oral and written).
