Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of invoices and manage the customer order-to-cash process to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Collaborate with accounts receivable collections team to facilitate the collection of outstanding invoices
  • Track and report on metrics related to invoicing, customer discounts, and collections
  • Proactively resolve billing issues and escalate complex matters as necessary
  • Participate in various ad-hoc projects and process improvements as required
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role, preferably with an accounting background or education
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools, such as Salesforce
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment is preferred
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision
