CarePartners in Mississauga is seeking a Billing Quality Lead to join our team. You will provide expert support on rejection-related billing issues within an integrated patient-focused service model, coordinating with Ontario Health atHome and subcontractors.

This is a temporary 12-month full-time role with a competitive compensation grid. The position emphasizes data collection, issue resolution, and collaboration with our internal finance team and program leadership to improve billing accuracy

Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary education in healthcare, administration, finance or related field.
• 1-3 years of office or customer service experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with proven Word/Excel skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities relevant to billing processes.
• Experience with scheduling/billing systems like Procura/CIMS is an asset.

• Communicate and collaborate with Ontario Health atHome and subcontractors regarding invoices and rejected billings.
• Collaborate with our internal finance department and local program leadership.
• Facilitate reduction of rejected billings by supporting program leadership (e.g., report compliance).
• Collect, enter, and share data related to rejections and invoicing to ensure performance and quality.
• Troubleshoot rejection-related issues and provide necessary information with documents.
• Maintain a tracker of invoice reconciliations and billing rejections.
• Coordinate invoice corrections or late billing with HSSCC or subcontractor and coordinate reimbursement for overbilling.
• Follow up with stakeholders via voicemail and email.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Overview

We are currently looking for someone to join our team in the role of Billing Quality Lead in our Mississauga office. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-service focused attitude and will provide expertise and support on rejection related issues within an integrated patient focused service delivery model.

This is a Temporary 12 month Full-Time position.

• This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria. The hourly range is $22.62 to $30.35, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

What The Role Involves

• Coordinate and action invoice corrections or submit late billing to the HSSCC or subcontractor as well as coordinating reimbursement for overbilling
• Follow up with stakeholders via voicemail and email
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• Post-Secondary Education in Healthcare, Administration, Finance or a related field
• 1-3 years of office or customer service experience
• Strong proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft office, with proven skills in Word and Excel
• Keen attention to detail, ability to prioritize, multitasking skills and organizational skills
• A high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling systems i.e. Procura/CIMS considered an asset

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the health care field or homecare sector an asset

• Experience in collections considered an asset

• Positive attitude, willing to learn, grow and be an integral member of the team
