As Billing Manager, you will lead the full revenue cycle management (RCM) function, overseeing a remote team and ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient billing operations. You’ll take charge of the claims process end-to-end—from submission and payment posting to denial management and escalated client issues. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring strong medical billing knowledge, leadership experience, and a sharp eye for process improvement. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure high performance and seamless client experiences in a mission-driven environment.
