About NW Cellular: NW Cellular, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is looking for experienced Bilingual Retail Store Managers to join our Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Management Team. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Store Manager for NW Cellular, your role will be to work directly with your Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associates and ensure they are well versed in our selling process, Metro by T-Mobile products and services, and that your retail location attains our operational standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing retail environments, preferably in the wireless industry, and be skilled in training and developing team members to deliver an excellent customer experience that includes an effective sales process and providing product and service knowledge. Additionally, the candidate must manage customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Store Manager for NW Cellular, you will be responsible for:

• Building a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.
• Interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising a team of Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meeting or exceeding both your personal and team key performance indicators each month.
• Coaching/mentoring your team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensuring your assigned location operates under the specific guidelines of both Metro by T-Mobile and NW Cellular.
• Executing promotional roll-outs, inventory procedures, and other duties assigned by NW Cellular leadership timely and correctly.
• Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
• Traveling to other stores in your district as business needs dictate.
• Transferring and balancing inventory with nearby locations.
• Handling nightly bank deposits and audits.

At NW Cellular, we require our Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Store Manager candidates to have the following skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Metro by T-Mobile or other Wireless business, managing team members.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and leadership roles.
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire team members.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to various locations within your district as business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain it while employed with NW Cellular.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
