Job summary

Sun Life Financial is expanding into a new Investment Dealer, within the Retail Wealth Enablement, Operations group. You will drive wealth operations initiatives, design dealer processes, and partner with internal and external teams to deliver top-tier service to advisors and clients.

You will lead operational excellence across wealth platforms, manage day-to-day processing, and support strategic initiatives. Hybrid work, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires over 5 years of wealth operations experience.
• Strong strategic vision with leadership and relationship management.
• Proven practice with Sun Life Framework and Strategic Goals.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including facilitation in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on wealth management and operations initiatives.
• Develop dealer processes and workflows to deliver excellent service to advisors and clients.
• Lead the pursuit of operational excellence within the wealth business.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
• Maintain relationships with advisors, compliance, product, management and external partners.
