Job summary

Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to greet visitors, answer inquiries, handle ticketing and memberships, and promote ROM programs. You will work within the Visitor Experience team, supporting a fast-paced environment in Toronto.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in communications, customer service or hospitality.
• At least two years in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center.
• Fluency in English and French (B level or higher) is required; French will be tested.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for visitors and members via phone, email, chat.
• Assist with ticketing, memberships, and inquiries.
• Promote ROM offerings and process sales.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback.
