About the Role

We’re looking for bilingual professionals who are passionate about helping others and love curating travel and lifestyle experiences. As aCorporate Travel Concierge, you’ll be the trusted voice on the other end of the line—helping clients plan trips, book dining, coordinate events, and more.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in downtown Toronto. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that takes pride in delivering thoughtful, human-centered service every day.

Training & Schedule

  • 6 to 8-week paid training: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office)
  • Post-training schedule: Includes evenings and weekends, with two consecutive weekdays off
  • Location: Our office is located in the Financial District, with easy access to the PATH and local amenities

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role (travel or luxury service preferred)
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
  • A passion for travel, hospitality, and helping others
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, email platforms, and web tools
  • Technology use experience with CRM such as Salesforce
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada
