Volanté, a division of Jonas Software, is seeking a Training & Onboarding Specialist to design and deliver training programs for employees and clients on our POS software. The role requires independent work, strong communication, and the ability to manage agendas and schedules.

Hybrid work in North York with travel within Canada/US as needed. Bilingual EN-FR preferred; exceptional applicants will be considered even if not fully bilingual.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Instructional design or equivalent experience.
• Experience creating and delivering training programs for software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement training programs for employees and clients.
• Analyze training needs and craft training plans.
• Create and maintain guides, videos, and presentations.
• Conduct virtual and in-office training sessions.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with teams to standardize training across departments.
• Train external parties with new products and integrations.
• Maintain post-training assets in the Learning Hub.
