SUMMARY

The Bilingual Tenant Services Coordinator (English/French) supports BGIS clients by coordinating small-scale maintenance projects, workspace changes, design services, and office services. This role is responsible for resolving tenant issues related to service projects, as well as assembling scope and specifications, tendering, financial administration, and monitoring contractor performance for tenant and base building projects.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, process, and validate service requests via telephone, email, and in-person visits; maintain service call/work order tracking.
  • Coordinate BGIS and subcontracted forces to deliver tenant services within scope.
  • Assist Facility Managers with small-scale tenant service projects, including contractor selection, performance monitoring, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Review contract work, report discrepancies to the Facility Manager, and request purchase orders.
  • Interpret client work processes, workplace culture, and policies for effective service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • High school diploma plus specialized technical or business training.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent client management and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of project delivery and tendering processes.
  • Basic understanding of commercial building systems and construction.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills; ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to interpret contracts as needed.
  • Proficiency with CAD is an asset.
  • Experience related to facility management, infrastructure, or relevant industry sectors.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email software.

LICENSES & PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATION

  • Valid driver’s license (if required).
