Proficient in browsers such as Chrome and Internet Explorer, and familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Understanding of basic mobile phone or electronic product operations.
Excellent listening, communication, empathy, and persuasive skills to handle user questions.
Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
