We are seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst to join our Azure Integration Platform team in Montreal. This senior role requires a strong background in enterprise integration, cloud technologies (preferably Azure), and stakeholder engagement across both technical and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Azure-based integration solutions.
• Work closely with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct gap analysis, and support UAT and change management processes.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication in both French and English.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a technical or integration-focused role.
• Strong understanding of Azure services, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Proven experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in both French and English.
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.

Nice to Have

• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Solutions Architect).
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Power Platform, or Logic Apps.
