Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in preparing their tax returns using TurboImpôt, providing guidance and reviewing their self-prepared or full-service returns.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers and communicate clearly with clients.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using our advanced video communication tools in this virtual, client-facing role.

What you'll bring

• Minimum of two (2) years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Provide your CRA RepID to use the Représenter un client service upon onboarding.
• Experience with professional tax software for personal tax returns, including complex elements like employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, T1135 forms, foreign income, and credits/deductions.
• Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting via video and audio tools professionally and confidently.
• Flexible availability for at least 20 hours per week.

Additional qualifications:

• Experience with Business Tax (T2) Returns.
• Experience with Quebec Tax (TP1) Returns.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay ranging from $24.50 to $33.50 per hour depending on location, with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits. Pay is determined based on knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. We ensure ongoing pay equity through regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
