Responsibilities

• Help clients complete their income tax returns using TurboImpôt products.
• Provide tax advice and review personal tax returns for clients doing self-filing, preparing complete returns, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers in understandable terms.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role where you will use advanced video communication tools to interact with clients and maintain detailed records of interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Experience with professional tax software for personal and complex tax situations.
• Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting via video and audio tools.
• Flexible schedule availability, minimum 20 hours per week.

Additional assets

• Experience with Business (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.
