Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in completing their tax returns using TurboTax products, providing guidance and reviewing their self-prepared returns.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers and assist clients effectively.
• Interact with clients virtually using advanced video communication tools, ensuring clear documentation of all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years paid professional experience in tax preparation.
• Ability to provide CRA RepID for client representation services.
• Experience with complex personal tax returns, including employment, self-employment, rental, investments, foreign income, and credits.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable with video/audio communication in a professional manner.
• Flexible availability for at least 20 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with corporate tax returns (T2).
• Experience with Quebec tax returns (TP1).

Intuit offers a competitive salary based on experience and performance, with additional bonuses and benefits. The pay range varies by region, with a base starting from approximately $24.50 to $33.50 per hour.
