What you'll bring

• At least two (2) years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide your CRA RepID for client representation services upon onboarding.
• Experience with professional tax software to prepare and file complex personal tax returns, including employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, foreign income, and credits.
• Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing our brand by providing excellent service.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting via video and audio tools professionally and confidently.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with at least twenty (20) hours per week.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with Business Tax (T2) returns.
• Experience with Quebec Tax (TP1) returns.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay ranging from $24.50 to $33.50 per hour depending on location, with potential bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is determined based on knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. We ensure ongoing pay equity through regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

How you will lead

• Assist clients in completing their tax returns using TurboTax, providing guidance and reviewing self-prepared returns to help accelerate our mission of Powering Prosperity Around the World.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and communicate the correct answers clearly.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role utilizing advanced video communication tools, with documentation of interactions for accurate record-keeping.
