Responsibilities

• In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• You will provide tax guidance and review personal tax returns for customers doing their own filing, including full service return preparation and managing product inquiries.
• You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers in understandable terms.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role, requiring the use of advanced video communication software to interact with clients and document interactions for accurate record-keeping.

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 2+ years paid professional experience in tax preparation.
• Ability to provide your CRA RepID for client representation services.
• Experience with professional tax software and handling complex personal tax situations.
• Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting via video and audio tools professionally and confidently.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with at least 20 hours per week.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience preparing Business (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.
