Responsibilities and Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide your CRA RepID for client representation services.
• Experience using professional tax software to prepare and file personal tax returns, including complex cases with employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, foreign income, and various credits and deductions.
• Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally via video and audio tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule with at least 20 hours per week.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience preparing Business Tax (T2) Returns.
