Responsibilities

• Help clients complete their income tax returns using TurboTax software.
• Provide tax guidance and review personal tax returns prepared by clients themselves.
• Prepare complete tax returns and handle product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in a virtual, customer-facing environment using advanced video communication tools.

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Ability to provide CRA RepID and use the CRA Represent a Client service.
• Experience with complex personal tax returns, including employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, T1135, foreign income, credits, and deductions.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally via video and audio tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule of at least 20 hours per week.

Additional qualifications

• Experience preparing Business Tax (T2) Returns.
• Experience preparing Quebec Tax (TP1) Returns.

Compensation and Benefits
