A leading community healthcare provider in Canada seeks a Bilingual Talent Onboarding Coordinator to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. At CBI Health, our people are the foundation of the care we provide—and it all begins with an exceptional onboarding experience. As a Bilingual (French/English) Talent Onboarding Coordinator, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for new hires from offer acceptance to their first day, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and fully compliant onboarding journey. You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, and IT teams, ensuring all employment documentation is accurate and complete while keeping stakeholders informed and supported throughout the process.
About The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Talent Onboarding Manager, you’ll be part of a collaborative national team that supports the onboarding of new hires across the organization. Your role will be essential in ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and a seamless candidate experience that reflects CBI Health’s commitment to excellence in care and workplace culture.
