The bilingual Talent & Culture Lead, reporting to the Talent & Culture Director, will serve as a resource for employees, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and Health & Safety. The role involves working with regions to facilitate employee development related to blood cancers and role enhancement.
This primarily remote role may require up to 20% of time out of the office for meetings and events, with flexibility in interaction modes. Travel includes up to two trips per year across Canada, with potential for more based on work demands. Core hours may vary to meet organizational and community needs.
