In order to provide services to the general public in both official languages, various roles at Manitoba Public Insurance are designated as bilingual. To support this need, Manitoba Public Insurance's Bilingual Talent Community allows individuals who are proficient in both official languages, to create a user profile and submit an online application, cover letter and/or resume that will be considered for future opportunities.

Designated bilingual positions reside in many areas including:

    • Customer Care Agent
  • Service Centre Operations
    • Adjuster
    • Claims Processor
    • Clerk

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree or diploma is preferred.
  • Experience in an office or administrative capacity along with previous customer service experience or experience in a contact centre environment.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn assigned tasks readily.
  • Ability to adhere to an established office routine.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision making skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong computer and typing skills.
  • Successful completion of the language proficiency assessment.
