What will you do?
  • Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners to assist them in their daily operational and admin tasks.
  • Support the recruitment process as per the strategy that has been agreed with the TA Partner.
  • Support on job postings and promotion (Creating Job Descriptions).
  • Responsible for initial screening of candidates prior to Hiring Manager review (CV screening, telephone interviews as required).
  • Participating in projects and other tasks as agreed by Talent Acquisition Lead to drive excellence in the TA function.
  • Learn on recruitment strategies, policies and programs that deliver internal and external recruiting results to meet company’s strategic need.
  • Able to support end‑to‑end recruitment but not limited to job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement.
  • Maintain various reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics.
  • Find and engage unique passive candidates through creative sourcing technique.
  • Perform other routine HR basic operations support as when required and supporting Head of HR.
  • Will assist HR head on functions reports and projects.
  • First point of Contact for all employee matters.
  • Able to travel.
  • Hybrid role able to come into the office when needed.
  • Work with various departments for solution.

Position is temporary contract term.

What will you need to succeed?
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in recruitment.
  • 2 – years of experience in HR.
  • Candidates with a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administrative, or any related field of studies is preferred.
  • Able to work proactively and have a good sense of teamwork.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing personality and have strong influence and impetus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • You are able to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
  • Union dealings an asset.
