Job summary

Intact Financial Corporation is seeking a dedicated bilingual Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will provide ongoing administrative support to recruitment consultants and help implement HR policies.

This 8-month temporary contract allows you to work from Montréal or Toronto, with a national scope. Bilingualism (French & English) is required to collaborate across Canada.

Qualifications

• Bilingualism (French / English) is required for regular cross-country interaction.
• 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination.
• College or university degree with a Human Resources specialization or a combination of education and work experience.
• Experience with Workday is a strong asset.
• Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to recruitment processes within the Service Level Agreement.
• Stay current on Talent Acquisition policies, practices and guidelines.
• Support the team with Talent Acquisition and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate the background check process following escalation guidelines.
• Ensure Workday (Contact People) workflows maintain data integrity and stakeholder experience.
