Qualifications

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Must be fully bilingual in French and English, both written and oral
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Military experience, Diploma with at least 3 years of professional experience, or 4 years in a customer-facing role
  • Enthusiasm for networking and building strong relationships while maintaining high ethical standards
  • Ability to work well in a team and relate comfortably with diverse groups
  • A desire to thrive in a performance-based, commission-driven environment that values quick identification and pursuit of opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills to seek perspectives and ask insightful questions
  • Enthusiasm for learning and experimenting to find optimal solutions

Salary: $45K base + $5K geographic allowance + weekly commissions + performance bonuses (quarterly and annually) + cell phone allowance

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

This role begins with extensive hands-on training as a Recruiter Trainee, working with an Onboarding Coach to learn recruiting fundamentals. After successful training, you will transition into a Recruiter role with responsibilities including:

  • Recruit top IT consultants and manage the entire recruiting cycle, ensuring a world-class experience
  • Build relationships with consultants, providing career coaching on market trends, labor rates, resumes, interview techniques, and skills development
  • Develop sourcing strategies using various tools, including AI, to identify the best talent for client needs
  • Utilize AI-generated insights for data-driven recruitment decisions
  • Advise account managers and clients on skill availability, labor rates, location decisions, and timelines
  • Negotiate compensation packages to attract suitable candidates
  • Demonstrate expertise within specific skill, industry, or role specializations
